This project was built as the headquarters office for Bustle, an internet lifestyle & media company of 150 employees, taking an approach that first closely analyzed the client’s needs for shared lounge vs. personal desk space. Within 6 months, the company expanded to fill an additional floor – the 11th floor houses the editorial staff and senior management, while the 6th floor houses the sales & business force and engineering staff. The glass cube offices are a result of a careful regard towards the balance of the need for quiet, private work space while still maintaining a collaborative openness of the office
